Good Bye 2012 WELCOME 2013

What is the ONE question thats on everyones mind the end of the year....
"WHAT IS MY NEW YEARS RESOLUTION?!!" or as I like to call it Lifestyle changes.

Since I've started this blog I have helped transform the lives of many of my fellow bloggers and followers. Some have found it very helpful to read my blog posts and help guide them to a healthier, happier, and healthy lifestyle. I know this first hand, Being healthy does not cost a million dollars. And I am happy to have helped you budget your grocery list and save you a couple pennies throughout this year.
Wether you are here checking out my updated Juice recipes or checking out my beauty tips...I have been more than fortunate to touch the lives of many around the world and continue to motivate people to live a Healthier lifestyle....The "Suannism" Lifestyle. I am forever grateful for that.

Ive had plenty of time to reflect on my year and as a routine I love to read back on all my emails sent from a lot of my bloggers, friends, clients, family members, health enthusiasts and even non believers.
It's nice to see your seeds grow! Never did I imagine this simple blog would have such a tremendous impact on your lives. I have inspired you to examine your lifestyle and motivate you to make a healthy change. I stand humbled today as I take in all of my "Goals & Achievements" for the year.
So I thank those of you who have adopted the lifestyle and have allowed me to be a guidance and inner voice. Thank you for believing in me and most importantly for let me show you that YOU HAVE THE POWER WITHIN YOU!

God Bless!

Happy New Year to all and I wish everyone of you Happiness, Prosperity, Health & Peace.

Get Rid of the Garbage!

ARE THESE YOUR SYMPTOMS?
Obesity; Constipation; Diarrhoea; Food allergies; Frequent colds and flu/sinus; Insomnia;Skin disorders, acne, psoriasis; Fungal or Yeast/Candida; Menstrual problems; Bad breath; Chronic Fatigue; Depression; Bowel cancer; Arthritis; Headaches/Migraines; Backache; Irritable Bowel Syndrom; Bloating and Flatulence; Food cravings; Foul body odor

The naturopathic model is that all disease starts in the colon, so it is good practice for everyone to maintain a clean colon.
Just imagine how quickly things would get nasty if the refuse disposal operatives went on strike or your sewage outlet became blocked!
Well, the same is true of your body. Your colon effectively acts as your personal ‘septic tank’ and it needs regular emptying otherwise its contents are re-absorbed into the body in a process known as ‘auto-intoxication’.
Toxic metals will be eliminated primarily in the bile which empties into the small intestine and to prevent re-absorption you need to ensure that intestinal contents are being eliminated efficiently.
Any deposits will also prevent the efficient absorption of water which may cause diarrhoea and conversely, may form an internal ‘splint’ that prevents the efficient propelling of wastes causing constipation. Yeast and ultimately parasites can also flourish in these deposits. When the bowels are not functioning properly the other organs of excretion such at the kidneys and particularly the liver are placed under an increased strain.

BENEFITS OF COLONICS. . .
Promotes weight-loss; Improved metabolic functioning; Increased energy and vitality; Improved muscle tone in the colon; Removal of hardened waste material, mucus and toxins; Restored proper pH balance to the body; Boosts the immune system; Recolonizing the colon with good bacteria; Promotes return of normal, regular bowel movement; Cleansing and purifying the blood; Reducing gas and bloating; Getting rid of Candida Yeast; Lifts depression; Clears headaches and migraines; Clears skin problems; Increases mental clarity; Promotes healthy food craving; Adds freshness and optimism!

EGCG

GRAND TEA!? Yes Green Tea is a Vital Source to promote energy!

What is it? Epigallocatechin-3-gallate, a substance in green tea that increases the amount of oxygen your body uses, which improves your endurance. When subjects took an EGCG supplement (equal to three cups of green tea), they were able to work harder for longer on a stationary bike than people who took a placebo. Freshly brewed green tea will give you the biggest boost!

I always suggest a fresh batch of green tea, for my coffee drinkers; balance it out between your cup of mojo one week and green tea the following week. A little balance will help you in the long run. Green tea contains lots of health benefits. Check out this list for yourself!

-Weight loss: Increases metabolism
-Diabetes: Helps regulate glucose levels slowing the rise of blood sugar after eating.
-Heart Disease: Protects against the formation of clots, the primary cause of heart attacks.
-Alzheimers: Protects brain cells from dying & restored damaged bran cells.
-Tooth Decay: Antioxidant called "Catechin" in tea can destroy bacteria, viruses that cause throat infections, and other dental conditions.
-Blood Pressure: Reduces the risk of high blood pressure
-Depression: Theanine is an amino acid found in the leaves. It provides a relaxing and tranquil effect.
Last BUT not least my Favorite BENEFIT...
-Skin care: Green Tea can help with wrinkles and signs of aging. For the great anti-inflammatory benefits and helps reduce sun damage. A great looking skin and happy heart is a Cup away!....OR 2.
